Please include:
Who you are
What species - don't worry if you can't identify it, all records of bats are valuable
Where - the name of the place and a six or eight figure grid reference
When - the time and date
How - how did you identify it (type of bat detector, alive or dead bat in the hand)
Any other useful information - number of bats, habitat, behaviour, etc.
